Refunds & Cancellations

All payments on resale.center are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

1. Our Products & Pricing

resale.center offers the following one-time paid plans:

  • Owner — Edit Top-Up: ₹49 — adds 2 edits to all active listings
  • Owner — Listing Upgrade: ₹99 — adds 2 new listing slots + 2 edits on all listings
  • Owner — Renew 2 Listings: ₹49 — renews 2 listings for 1 year
  • Owner — Renew 4 Listings: ₹99 — renews 4 listings for 1 year
  • Buyer — Starter Pack: ₹49 — 3 owner contact unlock credits (valid 2 years)
  • Buyer — Serious Buyer Pack: ₹99 — 8 owner contact unlock credits (valid 2 years)

There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals. All plans are one-time payments only.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since resale.center delivers digital services that are activated immediately upon payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible once a payment has been processed and the plan or credits have been activated on your account.

We strongly recommend reviewing the plan details on the Plans page before making a purchase.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases on resale.center are non-refundable under normal circumstances, as the services are digital and delivered instantly.

  • Owner listing upgrade payments are non-refundable once activated
  • Owner edit top-up credits are non-refundable once applied to listings
  • Buyer contact unlock credits are non-refundable once any credit has been used
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable once listings have been renewed
  • Unused buyer credits expire 2 years from the date of purchase

4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:

  • Payment was charged but plan/credits were not activated on your account
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order
  • Technical error caused an incorrect charge

For any of the above, contact us within 7 days of payment at hello@resale.center with your order reference number. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
