Is resale.center free for owners?
Your first 2 listing slots are free. You can upgrade for additional slots or edit tokens. Listing your property and chatting with buyers is always free to start.
Can brokers list properties?
No. resale.center is for direct owners only. Brokers found on the platform are removed and listed on our public Red Broker Wall.
How is my phone number protected?
Your number is never stored in plaintext. It is encrypted with AES-256-CBC before storage. You share it with buyers only when you choose to — directly via WhatsApp, on your terms.
What is buyer verification?
After 4 messages, buyers submit their LinkedIn profile and company ID card. This is encrypted and never shown to owners — it's only accessed if a fraud complaint is formally filed.
What areas does the platform cover?
We currently focus exclusively on Gurugram, Haryana. We're expanding to other NCR cities soon. If you'd like to be notified, drop us an email.
How do I remove my listing?
Log in and go to your Owner Dashboard. You can mark a property as sold, or contact us at hello@resale.center to request removal. Sold listings are archived for 180 days then deleted.
