Terms of Use
1. The platform
resale.center is an independent property listing platform. We provide a technology interface that allows property owners to list their properties and buyers to discover them. We are not a real estate agent, broker, developer, or investment advisor. We do not participate in any transaction between a buyer and a seller.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use this platform. By listing a property, you confirm that you are the legal owner or an authorised representative of the owner.
3. Listing rules — owners
- You may list up to 2 properties per verified mobile number.
- All information in your listing must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You must submit a genuine selfie as part of the verification process.
- You must mark your listing as SOLD or REMOVE it once the property is no longer available.
- Listing photos must be real photos of the listed property. Stock images are not permitted.
- Price shown must be your genuine asking price.
4. Prohibited listings
- Properties you do not own and are not authorised to sell.
- Properties with disputed title or active court orders.
- Duplicate listings of the same property.
- Listings with fabricated selfies or identity fraud.
- Properties outside the currently supported cities.
5. Broker terms
Registered RERA brokers may list properties at ₹500/month. Broker listings are clearly marked as such and appear below owner listings in search results. Brokers must provide their RERA registration number. Fake listings or impersonation of owners results in permanent ban with no refund.
6. Buyer conduct
Buyers agree to contact sellers only for genuine property enquiries. Harassment, solicitation, or misuse of seller contact information is prohibited and may result in legal action under the Information Technology Act 2000.
7. Listing duration and renewal
Listings are active for one year from submission. Thirty days before expiry, you will receive a WhatsApp renewal reminder. Renewal costs ₹99. Listings that expire without renewal are automatically hidden.
8. Content rights
By uploading photos to resale.center, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display those photos on the platform for the duration of the listing. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
9. Disclaimers
resale.center does not verify title, legal status, encumbrance, RERA status, or financial claims of any listed property. Buyers are advised to conduct independent legal and financial due diligence before making any purchase decision. resale.center is not liable for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from transactions facilitated through the platform.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
